Time invested in marketing can often help you to run your business more efficiently, focus on the real opportunities and maximise sales, all of which have a direct impact on your bottom line.

All you need to do is be prepared to take a little time out, to help you move further forwards. A great first step is a bpd marketing audit. An affordable way to take a snapshot of your current business, identify potential growth areas and put in place a strategy to help you take the first steps towards marketing success.

Our marketing audits consist of a first half day spent with you, looking at all aspects of your business. We use a mix of classical marketing tools, models and experience to examine the strengths and weaknesses in your business and pinpoint areas where your business can expand, as well as any potential blockers that may get in the way.

Following the initial half day, we will produce a comprehensive report which summarises the work done and make suggestions for how the business can develop and move forward, including recommended marketing activity. There is then another follow up meeting to discuss the report, gain your feedback and agree on future activity, for which written quotations can be provided.
